This hummus is a favourite in our house, it’s super quick, easy and I often whiz some up if I’m looking for something nutritious and tasty for a snack. Its dairy and egg free too!
This is one of those ‘throw everything into the blender’ recipes, so it can be thrown together if your short on time. The carrot gives the hummus a nice sweetness and the orange adds a tang, I like the balance between the two and I think little Bee does too.
We eat this hummus with:
- oatcakes
- vegetable sticks
- on toast
- pitta bread
- bread sticks
- spread on tortilla wraps

Thank you 🙂 we tend to add whatever we have in the fridge. Sundried tomatoes added are yummy too, this one is our fave though , and so easy too.
